  • 500 gprawn skin on
  • Garlic 4 glove
  • 10 gButter
  • 5 gCooking wine
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonPaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Garlic 6 seconds/ speed 5.5, add half of the butter 3 minutes/v/speed2

  2. 2

    Add the rest of butter, salt & pepper, paprika, 1 min/v/speed2

  3. 3

    Add prawn and cooking wine, 8 min/v/reverse spoon. Use butterfly.
