To prepare the dough: First of all, mix 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, yeast, sugar in a bowl and keep it on the side.Now add soft flour by adding another bowl of flour, salt, oil, grated garlic and fermented yeast and taking water as per the requirement. Mash for about 5-6 minutes and prepare the smooth soft dough by taking butter/oil in between. Grease a bowl with oil and keep the flour-covered and keep it in a warm place for 1-2 hours (until doubled).

To prepare stuffing: Now add cheese, capsicum, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, oregano, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise in another bowl. Now lightly mix all the spices with the paneer (you can add a little cheese) and leave it covered for 1 hour.

To prepare garlic butter:Put butter and finely grated ginger in a bowl and heat it slightly until the butter melts.

To prepare Paneer Purcell: When the dough is double in size, take out the dough from the bowl and place it on a surface. And mash it again by sprinkling light dry flour. Now cut into four equal parts and prepare the round dough. Now take a ball and roll it round and spread garlic butter above it. Now lift it from the three sides of the side and double it and prepare it in the tricolor.

Now again add light butter and add 1or1&1/2 teaspoon of cheese stuffing. Now lift the three corners and mix and press it slightly so that it sticks. Prepare all such parcels and grease it with garlic butter and sprinkle light oregano and chili flakes. Grease all the parcels on a baking tray with a little oil and place it in the oven for 10 minutes before heating it back to 200℃ for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove it from the oven and serve hot.

Paneer Parcel is ready to serve with tomato sauce or cheesy dips.
