Raw banana tikki
Steps

Boil the raw bananas in a pressure cooker.

Peel it and smash the boiled bananas. Add all the ingredients except oil and make a smooth dough

Make medium size balls and flatten it as tikki shape. Put it on a hot tawa followed by oil.

Fry on both the sides. Your jain raw banana tikki's are ready.

You can have it with green chutney, and date tamarind chutney and even cholley topped with bhujia
