Ingredients

  • For balls:
  • 1.5 cupchopped spinach
  • 2-3 tspbesan
  • 1medium chopped onion
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For gravy:
  • 2onions pureed
  • 2tomatoes pureed
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspsukha dhaniya powder
  • as required Oil for frying and cooking

  1. 1

    Mix the material of spinach balls together, deep fry and keep aside

    Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste followed by onions. Saute till nice brown.

    Add tomato puree with all spices.
