Steps

Take a bowl and put the whole wheat flour. Add the spices.

Make puree of tomato and ginger slice and chilli. Pour the puree slowly in bowl and start kneading. Don't use water. Add more Tomato if needed.

Prepare the dough. (It shouldn't be too soft not too hard).

Make balls from the dough.
- 5
Dust the board with flour. Roll Parathas. Brush oil in pan. Fry the Parathas.

Serve hot.
