Add maida, baking powder, salt and sugar to a bowl and mix well

Add milk and water and mix it well with a hand mixer.

Now, add the eggs and mix it till it is well combined.

Now, heat a pan and add a ladle of the batter. And cook it one side. Flip and cook on the other side once bubbles are formed.
