Finely chopped the onion, capsicum and carrot.

In a bowl, take the chopped veggies,add salt and pepper to it and mix well.

In the vegetables add four eggs and beat it.Mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan.Add a ladle full of egg batter.

Slowly start rolling the egg for one side and again add a ladle full of egg batter.

Repeat the same method for remaining batter.

Roll completely and carefully flip and cook till done from both sides.
