  4. 1whole broccoli
  5. 1 poundbeef or chicken, if preferred

    First, wash your beef or chicken well, cut it into small pieces, and marinate for 20 minutes with enough soy sauce and add two tablespoons of cornstarch.

    While your meat is marinating, bring some water to a boil with two bay leaves, a piece of onion, and a little salt. Once your water is boiling, add your spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the back of your pasta package.
