First, wash your beef or chicken well, cut it into small pieces, and marinate for 20 minutes with enough soy sauce and add two tablespoons of cornstarch.

While your meat is marinating, bring some water to a boil with two bay leaves, a piece of onion, and a little salt. Once your water is boiling, add your spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the back of your pasta package.

While your spaghetti is cooking, peel and wash your vegetables well, cut the broccoli into small pieces, and slice the carrots lengthwise.

Once your spaghetti is ready, remove the bay leaves and onion, and drain it with a teaspoon of olive oil or your preferred oil.

Now it's time to fry your meat. Heat a pan and add a little oil, fry for about 15 to 20 minutes, add the vegetables, and finally the spaghetti. Mix everything together, and if you want it saltier, add more soy sauce.
