Chicken Broth in a Pressure Cooker
Steps
- 1
Place all the cleaned and chopped ingredients in the pressure cooker (remove all the skin from the chicken so the broth isn’t greasy), and add water up to the maximum fill line of your cooker.
- 2
Turn the heat to high, and when the cooker starts to whistle, reduce to medium and cook for 30 minutes.
- 3
Strain the broth and it’s ready to use (I add salt when I boil it with pasta).
