  • as neededRice
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 cupcapsicum
  • 1/2 cupcarrots
  • 3/4 cupcabbage
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 cupgreen onion
  • 1/4 cupgreen onion white part
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tbssoysauce
  • 1/2 tsphot sauce
  • 2 tbsoil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil the rice, once boiled set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pot,add oil,fry the carrots and the remaining veggies and fry at high flame for 7-8 mins.

  3. 3

    Mix the rice in the fried veggies and add the spices and sauces and mix well.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with hot curry❤❤
