Chicken me sary ingredients add kar ke usko achy se marinat karlyn gy.

Extra pani add karny ki zarorat nhn hy kyun ke chicken ko dough form me marinate karna hai.

Marination timing 10 minutes boht hyn lekin agar ap chahyen to 30 minutes bhi kar sakty hyn. Marinated chicken ko taiz garam oil me dal ke fry karlyn gy jab tak us paar golden brown colour na ajaye.

Chicken fry kar ke alag nikal lyn gy ab karahi ya wok me oil dal ke thora sa garam karyn gy.

Us me zeera karri patta aur harri mirchyn add kardyn gy aur halka sa fry kryn gy medium flame par. Crispy fry krna hai.

Tarka fry karny ke bad us me ginger garlic dal ke achy se fry karna hy ta ke ginger and garlic ki mehak khtm hojay. Phir hot sauce aur ketchup add karyn gy. Ap chilli garlic ketchup bhi use kar skty hyn.

Abb red chilli and black pepper salt add kryn gy. Salt ka khyal rkhna hy q ke already chicken me mojod hai. Aur red chilli ka bhi depend karta hy ap par agar apko ziada spicy psnd hy todal skty hy. Wrna red food colour b add kar skty hyn.

Ab sauce me sari chicken dal ke achy se mix krna hy ta ke chicken sauce se cover hojaye completely. Ab corn flour ko pani me mix kar ke us me add krdyn aur achy se mix krlyn.

Aur yeh mazydar sa chicken 65 ready hy. Ap isy garlic rice. Plane rice. Aur fried rice ke sath bhi serve kar skty hyn. ❤️
