Ingredients

half an hour
as required
  • 2eggs
  • 4laung
  • 1chicken sausage (cut into circles)
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • as requiredCurry leaves & coriander leaves for decoration

Steps

    Boil 2 eggs. Now peel half beetroot, cut into small pieces and grind it in a mixer grinder now take a glass, put a cloth over it, now put the beetroot mixture over the cloth and strain the juice..

    Now Peel the eggs and dip them into the juice for 15 mins, by flipping & turning them in between.

    You will now get the colour. Remove the eggs and keep them aside. Now give an egg, 2 slits, one on left side & other on right side. Now insert two sausages I.e. one on right & one on left. It will look like his ears. Now insert 2 laung as the piggy's eyes. Now insert a part of broken toothpick in the middle of a sausage piece, now insert that toothpick into an egg to make the piggy's nose.

    Now repeat the same process for the second piggy. Your cut little piggies are now ready... Decorate it with some curry leaves and coriander leaves and place the piggies over it...your piggy-shaped boiled eggs are now ready to serve...
