Heat milk in a pan

Once the milk comes to boil, add the grated beetroot and cook until all the milk is absorbed.

Add ghee in the pan and cook for 5 minutes

Add sugar and khoya and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Keep stirring in between.

Add cardamom powder, cashews and almonds, mix it well.

Garnish with grated coconut and foxnuts.
