Ingredients: 1 Cup Curd; 1/2 finely chopped onion; 1/2 finely chopped beetroot; to taste Salt; as per taste Pepper powder; As needed Jeera powder as per quantity(for 01 bowl 1/8 tsp is enough)

Ingredients

1 CupCurd
1/2finely chopped onion
1/2finely chopped beetroot
to tasteSalt
as per tastePepper powder
As neededJeera powder as per quantity(for 01 bowl 1/8 tsp is enough)
all above ingredients are as per 01 bowl of raita

Steps

Take thick curd and add some water to make it a bit loose(do not add too much water else it will become watery)

Add finely chopepd onion and beetroot

Add salt to taste, pepper powder as per taste and 1/8 tsp jeera powder.

Mix it well and enjoy chilled pink colour raita.
