Ingredients

  • 2Pork Rib Slabs
  • 500 gVeal Mince
  • 500 gItalian Sausage (Desheathed)
  • 2 tbspItalian Herbs
  • 800 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 1Onion (Lage, Finely Chopped)
  • 1Garlic Knob (Crushed or 8 tsp of store bought crushed garlic)
  • 1 cupVegetable stock
  • 1 cupParsley (Fresh, Finley chopped)
  • 100 gParmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown Meat and set aside

  2. 2

    Fry onions, add Italian herbs garlic and until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add vegetable stock to deglaze pan.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes return meat to pan.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 6-8 hours or until bones can be easily removed

  6. 6

    Add parsley and parmesan and stir well.
