Steps

Take a kadhai add ghee,semolina and roast it till it become light brown and remove it in a plate.

Take a pan add water and put it for boiling.

In other hand put the kadhai on flame then add oil then add mustard seed,cumin,hing,curry leaves,chopped garlic, green chilli and saute it for 2 sec then add chopped onion fry it for 3-4 min then add ground nuts,chopped tomatoes then saute it for 1 min.

Now add roasted semolina and salt mix all of them well then put the boiling water slowly in the kadhai and mix it well again.

Then add coriander leaves,sugar and mix all of it well then let it cook for 5 min on low flame.

Off the flem and add lemon.

Your upma is ready serve accordingly.
