Dry roast sesame seeds till it turns little brown colour then grind into powder

In a mixer jar add cooked chickpeas,2tbsp powdered sesame,salt,garlic,chilli & oil.Grind it into smooth paste... add lime juice & water & churn again

Sprinkle some chilli powder & drizzle 1 tsp olive oil.

Enjoy this hummus with kebab, sauté veggies pizza base,falafel or pita bread.
