Take a blender jar, chutney ingredients add some water make fine chutney.

In a bowl add mashed potatoes, add sabudana (mashed), add salt green chilli paste, corinder and grind peanut, pepper powder mix well and make ball /flat ball. As yr choice.

Take appam pan heat. Drizzle some ghee and keep ball and cook. Turn all side and till crisp. Add some ghee evry appm and roasted every side. Golden brown clr.

Flahari appe is ready to Serve with chutney and curd/rayita.
