Take raw rice and moong dal

Take a pan put both in one time and fry it till it comes golden color

I took copper pot add ghee,cashews fry it.and add roasted raw rice and moong dal mix it

Add milk 500ml and water 1 glass to cook well

After rice and dal cooked add brown sugar pagu in that mix well

Finally sakara pongal ready to serve with hot
