  1. 350 gmsCoccinia
  2. 400 mlOil
  3. 2 tbspRice flour
  4. 2 tbspChenna flour
  5. 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspCorn starch
  8. as requiredFor Garnish peanuts

    Cut coccinia into vertical as shown in pic. Keep a side

    Put oil for deep fry on stove.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add 2tbsp of rice flour, corn starch, red chli powder, salt, chenna flour and mix well dry. Add chopped coccinia Sprinkle water little mix.

    Now deep fry all coccinia.

  5. 5

    Take serve bowl add fried peanuts to them.
