Boil potato and romove the skin

Pour oil in a pan add jeera snauf bay leaf dry chilli cinnamon clove cardamom star flower powders and roast for few minutes and let it cool down and make a coarse Powder.keep a pan pour oil add onion and saute well,then add tomato

Add turmeric,chilli powder,ginger and garlic paste.add grinded powder and boiled potato give a stir add water and let it cook for few minutes

Once it bcm thick add coriander stone flower curry leaves and switch off the stove and serve with chapathi or with rice
