Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton bong washed
  2. 2onions, chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 Tbspflour
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspdry ginger powder
  7. 1 tspred chili powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/4 tsptarmaric powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 cupoil
  13. 1/4 tspjafal javatri powder
  14. 1 tspfennel powder
  15. Some coriander leaves chopped
  16. 2-3green chillies, chopped
  17. some gingerJulienne
  18. 1lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil add onion stir fry lightly golden and add Mutton stir fry to cook add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder ginger garlic paste dry ginger powder fennel powder jafal javatri powder and garam masala stir cook well and add some water and cook then to tender Mutton

    Now add flour mix in water and add Mutton and add water for gravy cook well / take a pan add oil add onion stir fry golden brown and add Mutton and keep slow Flame for 10minutes.

    Flame off/ transfer into serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves green chiliJulienne ginger and lemon and ready to serve with garlic naan and tandoori roty
