Sb se pehly Aty Mein namak Dal ke mix karen,

Phir is Mein thora Thora Pani Dal ke gund Lein,

Phir is Mein cooking oil Dal ke Ak bar or gundy, then cover Kar ke rakh dein 10 mint take,

Phir is Ka paira banaen or bail ke roti ki shakal dein,
- 5
Phir is ko tawy pe Dal ke saik Lein,
- 6
Simple soft roti taiyar.

But by adding more water, kneading the dough well, and letting it rest, I was able to make tender and delicious ones.The amount of water indicated is a guideline only. Please adjust the amount depending on the dough. If the dough is too hard, the chapatis will be hard and dry and not very good.
