Ingredients

45 minutes
  • 1 tincondensed milk
  • 1 tinevaporated milk
  • 100 gdesiccated coconut
  • 3egg yolks
  • 1 tbsprum (optional)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together

    Preheat oven at 150 C and boil water for a bain-marie

  3. 3

    Pour into tin

    Cook in a bain-marie for 45 minutes at 150 C

    Leave to cool and chill to serve cold

  6. 6

    Tip over to serve.
