  • 1 1/2-2bananas (depending on size)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmilk (240 ml)
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour (240 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the bananas and mash them with a fork.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until well combined. Add the mashed banana and salt, and mix.

    Gradually add the flour, stirring well to avoid lumps.

  4. 4

    Heat a little butter in a nonstick skillet. I use a small pan so the pancakes are thick and individual-sized, like classic pancakes.

  5. 5

    Pour enough batter to form a pancake and gently swirl to make it round. When bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip it with a spatula.

    Serve the pancakes stacked or individually on a plate. They taste great with fruit and a little honey 🍯
