First soak the black chanaovernight, for 7-8 hours.then in the morning pressure cook it with little bit around 4-5 whistel

After the 4-5 whistel switch off the flame and let it be cool down and strain the water.the chanashould be like soft..

Then take a small bowl we will make masala for coating our chanachat.in a bowl add all the dry spieces and with the help of water make a paste.around 2-3tbsp water you need for the masala..now keep it aside

Now take a pan add only 1 tsp oil when the oil is hot add cumin seed when the cumin seed crackle add hing and grated ginger for a gud digesion.then add our masala paste stir immediately.dont the masala burn.add our chanagive a gud stir then add salt acc to taste.thrn add finely chopped boiled potato mix all togther now switch off the flame..let the chanacool down

When the chanais cool down place in the bowl add onion,tomato,green coriander lemon juice and green chilli..mix all togther..and enjoy our chatpati chanachaat mumbai style is ready.
