I was trying to make them tastier, my kids didn't like it boiled so i decided to play around with some ingredients and believe me they loved them

Mix the flour, masala and salt and water to form a paste. I didn't use all the water. The paste should not be so thick or so thin, somewhere in between

Pour the chick peas into the paste and mix well until all the chick peas are covered in the paste

Heat oil and make sure it's hot and fry them until they get the nice golden brown colour
- 4
Let them cool best enjoyed as a snack with your favourite drink. They become so crunchy when they are cool
