Chocolate Pudding! The name itself describes it all. Actually to be honest, this cannot be made to perfection like that of those lipsmacking store bought ones. But just for a change and all for a good reason of whipping up something homemade and hygienic for my loved ones compelled me to try my hands at this wonderful Dessert. This is a favourite with almost every Chocolate lover. And in this simple and elegant homemade recipe, I have used both Dark Chocolate bar and good quality Cocoa powder along with many other ingredients as well. Let's get down to the recipe straight away without wasting your time.

Steps
- 1
Grate or chop the Chocolate bar first. Set aside. Add Milk and other ingredients to a pot or kadai. Whisk all of that really well to make it lump free. Now keep it on low heat.
- 2
Meanwhile, add chopped Chocolate too. Keep stirring it all the while. Otherwise, it tends to become lumpy. For a smooth and shiny texture, keep stirring it until it thickens. As soon as it thickens and attains the desired consistency, take it off the heat.
- 3
Keep stirring it and see to it that it's thick but not dried up. It should be of a smooth and velvety textured mix. Keep it aside for some time. Fill up the Ceramic bowls. Garnish with chopped and roasted Almonds. Refrigerate until chilled and serve. Enjoy!
