Steps

Prepare the leaves,by removing the veins and midribs.

Wash the vegetables with running water to remove dirt
- 3
Chop the vegetables

In a sufuria(pan) add 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate in 250ml water and bring it to boil.

Add the chopped vegetables and stir consistently for 2 minutes then cover with a lid.

Cook in medium heat for 30minutes,stir occasionally
- 7
At this stage,you can either fry onions and tomatoes in a separate sufuria (pan) and add to it.Or you can serve it just at is.
