Ingredients

  • 200 gmsPaneer Cubes
  • 2 CupsCooked Rice with Peas
  • 2Bay Leaves
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 5-6Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1large Tomato Chopped
  • 1large Onion Finally Chopped
  • 1/4 cupdiced Capsicum, green and yellow
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander Powder
  • 1/4 tspDry Mango Powder
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/2 tspLemon Juice
  • To TasteSalt
  • as requiredCoriander for Garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, heat butter. Add bay leaves. Add garlic and saute for half a minute. Add onion. Saute it for a minute.

    After it, add capsicum and tomatoes. Saute it for a minute.

    Add all the masalas along with salt and lemon juice.

    Add paneer cubes and cooked rice. Sprinkle coriander. Mix it well.

    Serve hot with curd.
