Paneer Butter Pulao
Steps

In a pan, heat butter. Add bay leaves. Add garlic and saute for half a minute. Add onion. Saute it for a minute.

After it, add capsicum and tomatoes. Saute it for a minute.

Add all the masalas along with salt and lemon juice.

Add paneer cubes and cooked rice. Sprinkle coriander. Mix it well.

Serve hot with curd.
