Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 1green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbspground turmeric
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2large potatoes, diced
  • 2carrots, diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the onions then add the ginger garlic paste. Add in the potatoes and carrots and mix well. Add in the capsicucum.

    Add in the rice and give a good mix. Season.

    Add in the water and let it simmer till absorbed..
