First soak the chickpeas in hot water for 10 hours then put the chickpeas in the cooker and make 8 whistles. Let it cool.

Now take a mixer jar, add chole, sesame seeds, salt and add a little water and grind it.

Now add lemon juice, olive oil and make fine paste. Add oil if needed. Finally add paprika and mix well.

Veg Hummus is ready. This hummus can be served with falafel.
