Steps

Steam your gurasa to make it soft,cut it into your desire shape and kee it aside

Break and beat your egg,add seasoning,spices and onion
3

Dip your gurasa into the egg mixture and fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown
4

Strain the oil in a colander and serve with tea or drinks
