Bread poha is very delicious, quick and easy to make recipe. Give it a try once , you will find a perfect breakfast recipe.
Steps

Add oil into a pan. Add mustard seeds, slit green chilli, curry leaves, ginger paste. Roast for a minute. Add chopped onion and saute for two minutes.

Add tomatoes and sugar. Saute for a minute. Add turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp water and cook for a minute.

Add bread pieces, add salt to taste, lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Bread poha is ready to serve.
