All vegitables are washes well and fry in a hot pan with some using oil than Ginger-garlic paste and mixed salt, turmeric and mixed masala and cooked for 10-15mints

One big pot add water and than add rice and pulses. Mixed well to cooked for 10 mints

Proper bowling rice and pulse than add fry vegetables and cooking for 25-30mints

After cooked well than using tadka. In hot pan add pure ghee with some add curry leaf asafoetida, than for 30second and than mixed in khichdi. Serve with little hot with very healthy And tasty...
