Steps

Dry roast the dalia and now keep it aside. Now in the same cooker add 1 tbsp of mustard oil and a tsp of cumin seeds and roast for 1 minute.

Now add sliced onion fry for 1 min now add veggies (cabbage peas, potato,capsicum,carrot)and fry for further 3 minutes.

Now add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add daliya in it stir properly and close the lid of pressure cooker and allow it to whistles twice on medium flame and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.

Now yummy healthy daliya is ready serve it hot and enjoy.
