1- Chop the nuts and dried fruits into small pieces
2- Separate the rose petals and buds
3- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
4- Use two saucepans (for melting chocolate over a water bath) - 2
Start Making
1- Take two pots, one large and one small. Fill the large pot halfway with water, place the small saucepan on top, and pour the chocolate into the small pot. Stir and melt the chocolate over the water bath. Mix the Earl Grey tea powder into the dark chocolate, and keep the white chocolate plain.
2- Use a tablespoon to scoop the chocolate and pour it onto the parchment paper, forming coin-sized shapes.
3- Quickly arrange the nuts and dried fruits, and sprinkle rose petals on top. (Work quickly to prevent the chocolate from hardening, or keep the chocolate warm.)
You can also mix the nuts into the chocolate, but it won't look as nice. - 3
4- Place the finished chocolate coins flat in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
5- Once chilled, tap the baking sheet on the table to release the chocolates. Use tongs to remove the chocolates and pack them into small gift bags.
If consuming yourself, store in a glass or tin container in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.Done.
