Boil the banana flower with turmeric and salt in a pressure cooker with 3 whistle.

Now sort all the ingredients. Then cut the brinjal.

Then make a smooth paste with green chilli, mustard seeds and coconut.

In a pan add mustard oil. Then light fry the brinjal with salt & turmeric and keep it side.

Now in the same pan add one red chilli. Once chilli spluttered then add the mustard seeds paste. Then add salt, sugar and pinch of turmeric powder. Mix well.

Now add fried brinjal and boiled banana flower into the pan. Mix well. Add water mix it and cover the pan with lids.

Cooked it in a medium to low flame until water dries up. Once water dries up then check the salt and add 1 spoon mustard oil. Then remove from the flame.
