Steps

Take the warm milk, sugar and yeast and allow to get activated for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the mixture gets fermented.

Add this to the flour along with butter, salt. Mix well to form a sticky dough. Apply oil to this and keep it aside in a warm place for more than 1 hour. After 1 hour the dough becomes double.Knead it well and divide into 2 portions.

One portion add the cocoa powder and knead well. Then spread it using a rolling pin. The next portion also spread it.

Place one above the other and roll it. Cut into small pieces and shallow fry with little oil. I placed it in the airfryer. Swirl bread is ready!!!Serve with jam or Nutella.
