Paneer do pyaza

Cut paneer into squares or cube shape

Finely chop 1 onion and tomato. Cut another onion, tomato and capsicum into cubes.

In a pan/kadai put some oil then add chillies, finely chopped onion, grated ginger fry well then add finely chopped tomatoes saute it well until it cooks well

Then add all dry masala powders, salt then add cubed onion and cubed tomato and mix well

Then add capsicum, and paneer mix well and then add a cup of water, allow it to boil it thickens

Then add Kasoori methi then add 1 1/2 tbsp of cream mix well

Garnish it with cream and coriander leaves. Paneer do pyaza is ready to serve
