Walnut Vanilla Rolls

Mix all the ingredients of the dough and whisk to make a fuffly and greasy dough. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for an hour.

Take the dough and knead it for 2-3 mins to make it softer. And then take the dough, make it a flat bread using a roller.

Spread melted butter onto it, brown sugar and cinnamon powder.

Roll the flat bread into shape of a long log.

Using knief or thread cut the log into 6-8 pieces according to its length.

Place the rolls into a greased tin. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.

Bake it at 180° for 20-25 mins.
