  • 3-4potatoes
  • 2 tspmaida/All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 2 tsprice flour
  • As neededwater
  • As neededoil for deep fry

    Take a bowl add rice flour,cornflour, maida on it.

    Now add salt, water for a thick paste.

    Now add potatoes for quoting. Take a pan heat oil for deep fry.
