  • 1 cupBasmati rice -
  • 1/4 cupSweet corn. -
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum (chopped) -
  • 1/4 cupCarrot (chopped) -
  • 2 Green chilli. -
  • 1-2Badi elaichi. -
  • 3-4Cloves. -
  • 1Cinnamon - small stick
  • 1/2 tspJeera. -
  • 2-3Bay leaf. -
  • 2 tbspOil -
  • 1 tbspGhee -
  • to tasteSalt -

Steps

15-25 mins
  1. 1

    Soak the rice for 15 - 20 mins

    In a pressure cooker put oil and ghee, add whole garam masala, jeera, bay leaf saute it

    Then add rice saute well then add corn, capsicum, carrot and saute it well

    Then add 2 cups of water, salt mix well and give 2 whistle
