Cooking Instructions

Remove the tops and seeds from the red and green bell peppers, then cut them into thick strips and set aside.

Cut the baby corn lengthwise, separate the shimeji mushrooms, cut the green onions into sections, and slice the ginger.

Heat a pan and sauté the green onions and ginger until fragrant, then add the baby corn and stir-fry quickly.

Add the bell peppers, shimeji mushrooms, and cooking wine, season with salt, and stir-fry evenly. Cover the pan and let it simmer on medium-low heat until the baby corn is slightly tender, then serve.
