Steps

Grind cashews coarsely. Do not over grind it else it leaves oil.

In a bowl, add cashew powder, milk powder, ghee,rose essence,icing sugar mix well.

Add milk make a dough (Do not knead much).

Take a butter paper, grease it with oil place dough on butter paper roll it using roller(belan)

Apply edible foil on it. Cut it in pieces and its ready to eat
