Steps

Sieve all the maida cornflour and baking soda.

Now add curd colour and mix well

Now add water accordindly and make a batter

It should be in flowing consistency.

Same as you make idli batter or vada pav batter.
Let it rest for 6_7 hrs. - 6
Now heat oil in a kadhai.
Put the mixture in a bottle which can be pressed easily. - 7
Once your oil it heated nicely simmer the flame and pour the mixture spirally giving shape directly in the kadhai.
Deep fry. - 8
Remove and put them on a paper napkin to remove the extra oil

For syrup - Mix all the ingredients and keep for boiling till it forms a string syrup.
Now dip the jalebis in syrup 2_3 at a tym turn the sides so that it gets soaked nicely both the sides. - 10
Leave it for 2mins and then remove.

Repeat the process for other jalebis.

It can be served hot or cold.

One can even servev with rabdi as a dessert.
