Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Capsicums
  • Prawns
  • Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce (sugar, garlic, chilli, vinegar, salt and corn starch)
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chicken stock powder
  • Some water
  • Egg
  • Pepper
  • Coriander
  • Lime (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry onions and capsicums till fragrant. Add in sauces. Add in prawns. Cover and let it simmer on low heat. When boiling add in beaten egg and turn off fire.
