Ingredients

1hour
6 servings
  • Vegetable peals from daily scraps
  • Water to boil vegetable scraps
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2cloves
  • 1small cinnamon

Steps

1hour
  1. 1

    Boil everything together for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Squeeze the juice from the vegetables through a strainer and store in air tight glass bottle.

  3. 3

    Throw the scraps in the garden bed to make compost #zerowaste

  4. 4

    Use this stock in making soups, lentils, pasta. Basically anything you like

Brilliant!!! I throw my veg scraps away but it is wasteful so I’m going to have a go at making your stock instead, thank you for sharing 🙏 I’m also considering composting!
