I tried out these drooling & inviting salted snacks which can be stored & used for sometime it goes well with teatime with a hot cup of tea ..! Do try & share your experience.

1 cupall-purpose flour
Dashsome salt
2 teaspoonsGhee
Pinchfood soda
as required Water for kneading the dough
as requiredOil for frying

Mix the all-purpose flour with above ingredients prepare dough & let it rest for 10 minutes covered further start preparation with small balls divided

Take a each ball roll it & design it as mentioned in pictures for ring knots & breaded tail knots

I also prepared a fish design it was fun making all theses namkeens

Take a Kadai preheat oil then pop in theses breaded knots once it turns golden both sides remove it on a plate & sprinkle some salt looks more yummy enjoy it...!
